Catella UK is primarily focused on commercial property investment advisory services in the Central London market. Our principal role is to provide investment sales and acquisition advice on either single assets or portfolios. Catella UK is predominantly active in the City of London market but also operates in the Docklands, Midtown and West End markets.

We base our investment advice on a strong research capability provided by our team of analysts, who can supply detailed, up-to-the-minute research relating either to specific assets or the market in general.

As part of the Catella network, our capability is truly international.  For cross border transactions, Catella establishes international teams, tailored for each project. These combine local market expertise with transactions skills and investment banking know-how.
